Working fine all day, moved to next field, put separator in gear then header and as soon as I throttle up header disengages. Any ideas?

just the front disengages?? seat switch

if both disengage, check voltage

Just the header disengages. Seat switch has been wired around, I checked to see if wire was still in place it was, I guess I'll look at it a little closer. Thanks

Ck sensor on reverser chain.

One time my header wont engage when voltage was too low. But there is a different story.

When you throttle up, you can engage header then?

check the rod on the engagement cylinder on righthand side of feeder. This would be for the upper feeder drive belt

Found it guy's. There is a speed sensor on feeder reverser chain. Well as luck would have it, the chain came off just as I finished one field, or started the next. Thanks for the help
