I've just started playing, basically, with about 40 acres of sandy loam, sand and clay... Planted wheat and rye on half of it as a cover crop a few months ago and wouldn't mind harvesting it if I get a decent stand.

Considering something old and cheap, maybe one of the pull-behinds or an old Gleaner.

Dillon... Would love to pay someone, but there don't seem to be many people nearby who do anything but cotton, corn and hay.

Fortunately I'm not counting on any cash for it... It's strictly a hobby at the moment.

That not any good but if you are not trying to make money a gleaner or a 9500 could be found for cheap in your area and will be good for a long time
