Ritchie Bros. site lists the height to the top of the cab as 12.4 feet. I think that even with the hopper extensions folded down it still sticks up a bit above the cab. I'm not positive on that but I'm sure someone else here can give you the right answer.

a 20 series should be 12' 10" esxtensions folded with 20.842 tires(duals) according to the selling brochure

Measured a 5088 with 800's on the front and 480x30's on the rear 4wd axle with the bin folded the highest point was 13ft 3".

Just working on the saggy header on my shop door to get 14' 2" out of it. My 1688 is about 13' 10'' with the extension. While doing this I got to wondering how tall the new series of Case combines are. Couldnt find any specs online. How about other makes? If theyre much taller I may have to change doors in the future.
