i have an m2

i have turned the valvle both ways on the manifold- does it have another for the return to the engine that i am missing? the manual is clear as mud on this - it is has another it must me unter the main top tube

Whoever had it before you might have plugged it off. The guy we bought ours from did that, and I know some people that have done that because they had some problem with it and since they only usually cut when its warm they just plugged it up.

Maybe check that the control in the cab is working, had to put a new one in a couple years ago. I'm running a 1977 M2, what year is yours?

Maybe you have a bad thermostat. Does the engine warm up?
