First the header worked slow then we tried fixing it now doesn't work at all and the oil is getting oven hot along with brand new pump, new poppets, new o rings in header control value and steering valve.

What could cause the oil to get real hot? After replacing all that, the auger will only work if you push the reel lever forward and the auger out lever down at the same time, that's the next problem. First, we are trying to get the header to work so we eliminated that valve completely by putting a recirculating hose at the header control valve to try to get the header to at least work but the problems still occurred. The header control valve has new poppets and o rings, but might be the next thing to replace, though hard to find if anyone has one please let me know or a link to one online.

Any help would be appreciated!

Does your pump still have the blue cartridge rock filter on it? If so replace the filter assembly with a T fitting I believe its called a branch T? Start the engine when cool & let run while checking lines for heat going back to return line back to reservoir. Have you changed the filter inside the reservoir? From there if you replaced the pump & poppets could be several more things from the relief valves set to low, to the steering valve leaking internally. Did you reseal the black header control valve? Keep eliminating components. Good luck.
