Can a switch be put in the reel speed electrical circuit somewhere to turn on and off from cab? I have roll a cones on the corn head running on the hydraulic reel circuit which I woul like to be able to turn off when not needed. You can adjust the speed but can't shut completely off on the reel speed controls.

I thought cebis has a reel off setting, but maybe just auto off.

There is a reel enable wire on multi-link that needs to be connected for the combine to recognize the header and know if a reel should run. I suspect an interruption on this wire would stop the reel function, hopefully in a safe manner for the combine.

I would call Jeff at Headsight. He would know. Also, this wire could be traced back to the cab for ease of setting up. Headsight has a good wiring diagram, wire caled "reel enable", near the last page of combine manual.
