I found one on a burnt combine today, asking $1500, is it worth that? Don't know how bad I need it, electric one gets me by, just thought if it was a deal I would go for it. TORQUE

Sounds really cheap if all the components are with it for that price. You will need all the drives on the RH side of the feeder top and bottom pulleys,belt, idler and mounts, feeder slipclutch assy bottom feeder shaft and mounts....... It is alot more involved than you think so know what you are getting yourself in for, about a two day job of solid wrenching from start to finish when done properly. It is much easier if you take the entire feeder complete and trade yours in if that is do able.
