Good Day.

I am looking for a pan header that I can use with a Lexion 500 Series combine.

Lots of JD header with pans available.

Does anyone know what is involved to convert a John Deere header to work on a lexion?

There is a company called Bish in the states that has complete conversion kits for any combine to header.. just google Bish and you’ll be good.. my uncle adapted an old 1293 JD 12 row 22” corn head to his claas 740

Be aware that converting ANY other brand head to Lexion requires 3 things:
1) Likely need to cut "open" the feeder house opening...may or may not be a big deal
2) If your head needs any hydraulic functions, you will need to install a multilink assembly and valving on the back of the header. This will run $5-10K US
3) If your head needs any electrical connections, you will need the multilink assembly.
