You don't have a hydrostat oil tank with a Posi-torg system....
JD 6620 Hydrostatic Oil Tank
I have just been put in charge of a JD 6620 Combine. All I know about it so far is what's in the manual...I am told to check the hydraulic oil and the hydrostatic oil. I can find the tank for the hydraulic oil (right behind the cab on the left side) but I cannot find the hydrostatic oil tank. Manual says it's on the left side below or behind the unloading auger. If it's there, it's well hidden.
This machine has Posi-Torq drive, which may make a difference, but the manual does not indicate that it does not have the 'stat tank with Posi-Torq.
