Anybody done one before? Any tools involved? Have a neighbour with 2 needing done. Don't believe they are leaking because of the vent-less design this prized axle has. Pulling the planetary is straightforward, just the spindle nut removal and resetting of pre-load (if applicable) and end-play that I'm more concerned about.

I did one a few weeks ago.. had to have the spanner socket to retighten the nut. Pull the center plug on the hub so you can line the gears up easier. Our dealer told us to tighten the nut to line up with one center hole then go one more. There is a small set screw that locks the nut. Thats the hole to line up. Its not a bad job. Make sure you roll the hub while tightening.
