The seperator won't engage on my 9500. It was on the last field and all of a sudden it won't turn on. I checked the relays and blew out the circuit board. I blew out the harnesses on the right hand side. What next?

Double check all the connectors on the right side of the cab and make sure all the pins are pulled out so they are making proper contact. I had the same type of problem on a 9610 and after a lot of checking and swearing it was just a pin not making good contact.

Not wanting to be a doomsday merchant, but are you sure it's electrical? What does the oil in the engine gearcase look like?
