Yes is correct, each implement has its own info and data stored within itself, so a box should be able to go from one thing to another without any troubles

The only time you may have issues if you are using an old screen on a newer piece of equipment. Deere originally had everything set up on 4/5 volt, not the ISO 2.5 they are on now. Newer brown boxes will have "ISO 2.5 or Deere 4/5" written on the back and will work on all JD systems.
