Hey guys, I recently split my 4020 and replaced the clutch assembly along with all new bearings. We have just got it back together and am trying to kind of set the free travel clearance before I start it up and then do the final tuning. The problem I’ve ran into is the adjustment bolt on the pedal is bottoming out and I still have to much free travel clearance. Something just isn’t making sense or a part is worn out maybe? Am I forgetting something? I would of assumed with a new clutch pack and the forks being properly adjusted that the adjustment bolt would not be bottoming out like that. Could the locking collar that goes on before the thrust bearing be worn? Or is there something else that goes in there to tighten the gap?

Thanks for the help guys. Has been a crazy last week to get back on here. I never put the collar on before the bearing on the sleeve...felt pretty dumb forgetting that one. What a difference that makes lol I'll never forget that one again.
