I use these not sure if you can get them but the Sunnybrook Max thresh concaves work good and help a fair bit getting rid of white caps.
Also some people say they have good luck with Howard concaves.

I prefer the Harvest Services narrow wire concaves. The wires sit deeper in the bars and they seem to rub harder and slow down product movement through the machine, which is a good thing for sample and losses. I put them in all STS combines.

We use PFP narrow wire as first concave and JD wide wire as last two, no cover plates were very happy with sample and reasonably happy with losses. Did not grow barley last year, used this setup in cereals and canola
