looking at upgrading my harvester next year.

Has anyone imported an S670 or similar from USA to Australia? any problems?
Over $100k cheaper over there. As I understand it, they take the wheels and guards off and put it in a 40ft sea container.

nah i haven't, I'd imagine the price should be less? the us market is flooded with gear because they only keep them 1 or 2 seasons then get a newie at like 400 hours.

yeah im gonna have to watch the A$, if it keeps dropping I might leave it.

I looked into this a couple years back, but didn't buy anything. To fit them into a shipping container takes a lot more work than just pulling off the wheels and a few guards, and when it gets here you are the one who has to put the jigsaw back together :) They do give instructions though, but I'm lead to believe it's fairly intensive.
