Our old CaseIH dealer has a used 2004 Kinze 1040 grain cart with floater tires for $37,900. Is it me or is that to much money. It has no tarp and no scales. It is in great shape, but I can buy a New 2009 Parker 975 for $36,000 delivered to the farm. Just wanted someone elses opinion.

I would venture to say it's a little over priced... We have a 1050 w/ a tarp & scales for less than that or about the same money...

Personally I would contact Alex and get the 1050 over the 1040. The 1050 is ALOT better machine than the 1040. I always thought the 1040's were great (wore out 4 of them), until we got the 1050. There is no comparison.
