Have cylinder at 3/8ths... fan at 7.... cylinder speed at 800...chaffer at 5/8ths...seive at 1/4-3/8ths. Leaving some grain in head ...grinding some grain and too much trash in bin. Close seive any more ...too much flowing through return. Close chaffer any more...grain on ground behind machine. Cylinder bars and concave in good shape. Milo @ 13% moisture. What do I need to try?

I've never picked any milo but I would think that you need to close your cylinder gap to thresh out the rest of the seed, slow your cylinder speed to stop the grinding of the grain, and speed up your air to blow off more trash ( I say this because I had similar trouble with wheat , I realized that the wheat was riding out of the machine on top of the chaff, when I sped up the air it allowed the wheat to fall through the chaffer and the chaff to flow out the back

Thanks possum. I think I found my problem but haven't figured out how to stop it from happening. Milo leaves are getting into fan suction and cutting down air flow. Not sure how they are getting in around hydro area on top of bottom screen and then into fan area.
