I am thinking about buying a lemken helidor. For those that have one, I was wondering how durable are they? I have some stony fields so wonder how it would hold up.Also how many acres can you do on a set of blades? Its a pricey item but I do notice they do a nice job of preparing the seedbed.Any comments about this tool would be appreciated

We bought a Rubin last spring, man those machines do a nice job. The Wishek can stay in the lineup after using this unit. I have no idea how it works for breaking up sod but on stubble it is great. I can't see the bearings giving much trouble, the biggest benefit is they are lubed for life so someone can't over grease them. We used it in a fairly rocky field and you can hardly notice it whereas the gang disk bounces all over the place missing patches and such.
