This maybe a question better suited for the header forum but I thought this was pretty Lexion specific.
I have a 1050 / 1200 header and it came from the factory with a pretty wide gap on the hold downs. I have removed ships but I am seeing that the guards are pretty worn which seems a little premature.
The wear is mostly on the back knife edge. Do you see that wear also? If you had to guess an hour range, what is your guess?
Have you tried any of the crary cutter systems on the Lexion header?
