whats the better deal, 05- 1180 sep hrs for 130 ,07 -850 sep hrs for 180, the 05 has had all the updates and is a nice combine for year model (it has pro 600), the o7 is very nice. both are speced same,i like the price of the 05 but am concerned about the early model issues. any sugestions?

Go with the 07 model. There were, and still are problems even after all the updates with the 05 and older models.

07 period, when they say all updates? feeder house mods and support structure, cone updated, helicals moved to l/h side, or cage updated, just to mention most expensive parts and labor, some issues with shoe, hope this helps, scott.
