Hello,

I am 26 years old with a working holiday visa and looking for a combine driver job anywhere in Canada, for a contractor if possible but I am open to everything.

I have a full season experience on a john deere 9860 in Australia ( 2013 the wet year ), I have driven combine ( class, john deere ), corn picker and other for many years in France.

Please pm for any information.

Thank you

I am looking for some help understanding Canadian, I have had several answers to which I have answer back providing everything that have been asked for and after a couple e-mails they just stop responding me, there is no final answer yes or no.

Is this usual or I have had bad luck because it looks like it was polite people.

Thank you

I'm not 100% sure I understand Canadian either and I've been one for close to 60 years now. I don't know about eastern Canada but in the west there's lots of good help available this fall because of the slowdown in the oil sector. If I was hiring I'd be a lot more likely to hire the local kid standing in my shop than some unknown kid from across the ocean.

I agree with you, but still why asking for my cv and conversing with me if they don't want me. I don't mind them telling me no but they don't give me a final answer that is why I'm asking if it is usual.
