i started harvest corn with my 7230 and there's always full of kernel 1 in x 1 in and whatever i do change and the tailing is always high rotor is at 400 concave 35 large wires module in front the upper sieve is 10 and buttom sieve is 7 blower at 1050 rpm ,i'm wondering if the round bar would in fornt would help? corn moisture 24-27 % , is someone ever had that kind of problem ?

Concave 22 to 28 top sieve at 17 to clean bottom sieve 18 to wide open only used to direct air flow fan 1100 presieve open enuff for only corn to go through

With that moisture u need round bar concaves in front right and maybe front left also
