M150 float cylinders will not move

We are having problems getting the float cylinders to move on a M150 swather. They are all the way extended. When we push the float buttons in the cab the engine lugs and the main lift cylinders move a little bit. The float cylinders do not move at all. Does anyone have a suggestion on what is wrong? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks SouthernSK

The cylinders are hydraulically extended but the springs retract them, the header must be at least partially down to do that.
I know that sounds Captain Obvious but it can be missed.
Nothing to fix if I'm right at least.;)
Thanks for the info Don. I have tried it both with the header up and down and still can not get the cylinders to retract.
I was afraid of that.:(
Sorry, I don't know what it could be then.
Is this unit new to you?
Is the pin through the arm that pulls the springs, in other words are the springs stretching when you let it down?
Was this purchased from a MacDon dealer, a traded in unit?
It's not impossible this could go undetected to the uninitiated, you may need dealer/MacDon assistance on this.
There is no way to shut that feature off so something is weird.:(
