Anyone with a suggestion for an M3 replacement chaffer? Old one is just getting worn out. Broken fingers, hard to adjust. Just worn out. Corn, soybeans and small grains have been harvested with same chaffer for years. Loewen (A&I) OEM, other aftermarket chaffers?
Thanks

I had a Loewen chaffer in my M2 that I was very happy with. At least with those you could replace broken louvers individually. The factory Gleaner chaffers did not allow for that. If I was going to replace one today I think I might look into an airfoil chaffer, though I'm not sure if they're available for M2-3, L2-3's.

Rigid Airfoils are still somewhat easy to find, its the Petersen Adjustable Air Foils that are getting hard to find.

We have ran Loewen OEM style chaffers and they seem to do fine.

Loewen still makes the Petersen style airfoil, but they quit production for at least the long shoe L series. IDK why.
