Does anyone know what all needs to be changed over? Does the feed draper need to be changed to a narrower one?

I have a 873 adapter matrix chart that shows all the kit numbers for different brands of combine. For the new holland it covers the 920/940/960/970/980 and cx series and those are the only ones that a 873 fits. So let me know which way you are going and I can get you the kit part numbers. Would have just posted it from the laptop but having computer issues so only have iPad access for a bit.

I will be going from wide fram cr to narrow frame cr. Buying a used header that was on a large frame unit.

So I'm guessing your looking at going from a 970/980 to a 960/940. kits for this would be B4386 and B4551 may also need 2 draper extension to go from a 54" deck to a 38"deck , part# 103780 but it says refer to header operator manual for side draper opening. manuals are available on macdon website under support. not real familiar with new Holland, hope this helps.

All CR face plates are the same if it was on a Cr combine it will fit CR, CX and all AFX CASE combines. Put a rock in a combine a couple years ago had my header on a CR960, 970 and Cr9090 all in the same year.
