Hi

Just trying to find out whether other users are experiencing continual failures with hydraulic motors on their headers.

We have just had an outside one fail, basically stopped driving, and our centre one is stalling under heavy conditions.

Another one local to us has had three fail in total, two over the space of three days.

Is it possible to fit larger motors, as just wondering whether they don't have enough torque under heavy conditions.

it is a 2013 FD75, one 30ft one 35ft

I know a technician here that has changed a bunch of those motors on that model. I'm sure there is a change up program for that motor.

That may be true, but to have that many go, I would have expected one, but not the replacement motors to go aswell

There is a change up on the center canvas motor, if it fails it likely spread steel in your hydraulic system causing others to fail. If your dealer just forgot to do yours, you are not the only one. My dealer decided to do mine mid harvest!!
