Hello, Macdon told my dealer that this could be done, but they have not made a kit for this. Curious if anyone has seen this done and if they ran into any problems.

We had a tx 66 with a 1996 36' 960 macdon header then got a cr970. Our dealer has a shop that makes a adaptor to fit into the tx adaptor to fit cr and cx combines. The only problem we had was the drive shaft ran on quite a angle and have had to replace universals once since.
