Thanks Dude. Those are sweet. Im still not sure about the all Red AFX's but oh well not my decision either and since I wont be buying one IM sure they dont care about my opinion either. That is an interesting boot on the AFX. It almost looks like a modified version of what some people run on the 2388. I dont recall the MFG but I know Johnsons run them as do Hollands. I think my cousin has them on his this year as well. Lance..You have used them. Are there any benifits to them over the nomal boot?

The decal is really cool looking. Nice way to bring back the heritage of IH.

Would you mind sending me a Hi-res copy of the 2388 pics please.

THanks again.

Because at the time when Deere, AGCO and CAT had combines over 300hp, Case only had the 2388 at 280hp. So when they came out with a new combine, why not go above everyone else? Plus when they first tryed the 7010 a 2388 could beat it and with alot less HP. Thats what I've read and been told. Too me it looks like they've changed the colour on those combines? Little darker. Beautiful machines none the less. I really like the counter balanced flap on the unloading auger. Very nice. I know the one on the CR doesn't work good.

Take care,

Nathan

As for the boot on the unload auger, it is still the older (standard) style on the 2577 and 2588. The 7010 is sporting a new thing. It is similar to the ones that some of the custom harvesters use, but yet it isn't. Those are "The Extender" made by Stewart Steel. The thing on the 7010 is different since it has the counter-balanced flipper that sticks through the boot.

Yes, the decal is more than just a sticker now. There is depth to the "case ih" to give more of a 3-D appearance.

Quote:I sure hope they do make the fuel tank's bigger...

i'll try to ask around and find out..

Do you guys run 24x7 or something? Around here, we can only run 10-16 hours per day, which is just fine on the current size fuel tanks.
