What it boils down to is that i am getting chaff piling up on the bottom sieve, chaff building up right behind the augers that are under the rotor, chaff piling up in the fan and then it finally piles up on the top sieve. Running two machines set the same way, only one with these problems. Its like i am getting no air blast from the fan, but it is at correct rpm. Have spent hours today trying to fix it with no luck. Been cutting for 3 days with no problems and then all of a sudden started getting MOG in grain tank and found problems. Man i need some HELP! conditions are 60 bpa HRWW 12% moisture. 750rpm rotor, 1050 fan, top sieve 1/2 1/2 5/8 and bottom 1/4

Sounds like the shaker drive belt is slipping or the spring adjuster has backed off. But then you should get a slow shaft speed alarm unless its either not functioning or the shaker is'nt getting quite that slow, but slow enough to not transport the material.

Or,...something is wrong with the grain cross auger. ?

You may want to open the bottom sieve some. Check the fan cutoff above the fan. If it is opened, like it should be for fescue, you won't be getting near the air flow. Check louvers in fan itself, make sure the chaffer and sieve are both shaking correctly with no arms broken or bushings out.
