Having serious issues removing the right side bed auger (right as if you were sitting in the cab). The shaft has split in two where it sits in the wood block and has egg-holed the block. I have a new auger on order and already have extra blocks. I have removed the old block, took the rear gear and bearing flange off the shaft, but still cannot get the auger back far enough to work the front end out the side panel. I thought I may be able to go out the opposite side since the panel opening is much bigger, but even with the concave closed tight still not enough clearance. I am going to cut the shaft off by about a foot and get it out, but how in the world am I going to get the new one in??? I know people have replaced these without pulling the throat or removing the concaves... and those folks told me to take it out that panel... but I cannot get it out....
