Posted a thred here awile back about sive rail breaking. Found out the needle bering is out. Got the easy side out on the side with the door. Found the bering is bad. So went to the other side to take the shaker arm off and it hits the tailings tube cant get it out. Then found the arm on the same side that hooks to the top the shaker arm is loose behind the big pulley on the same side. Could any one tell me how to get the shaker arm off,and what is that arm behind the big pully a bering or bushing. Do I have to take the wishbone bracket off that is under the needle bering?

Any help would be great.

yup, that bracket has to come off, and then you have to try to wrangle it out to the rear of the machine. you have to have the shaker arm in just the right position to get it to clear all the bracing on the body. would it have broke the bank for case to have made the elevator an inch further out from the machine? 30 years of axial flow leadership, and thats what you still get!

The arm has a big bearing in it that is held in with a snap ring onto a six sided shaft that drives the auger bed as well. theres a key in the arm and on the drive so that you can't mess up the timing.
