Pulling full power and heavy on fuel when taking light load, why would this be?

Pulling full power and heavy on fuel when taking light load, why would this be?

What's your turbo boost pressure? Sb 40 or better under load. I had same problem on my cr 9080. And. Found out that the Orange connector hose on the pressure side of the turbo had a tear in it all my turbo pressure was blowing out the tear no the engine
