We have a 10.90 and next to the grain elevator there is 2 bolts that look to be stored in this position. They are m12 x 100mm with a Allen key or socket head as shown in the photo.

Can any one tell me what they are for?

Yes that's what I was thinking. ??

Has anyone got any pictures to show where they fit to push the variator sleeve apart.??

Yes they are for belt removal. Not sure exactly where they go, have never had to change a belt on a 10.90. Probably take out 2 of the bolts that are on the side of the hub and screw the 2 special bolts in.

I think the CR combines are all very similar in the rotor drive belt area.

If anyone has any pictures as to where these bolts go in the variator. To open the variator sheaves, that would be good. 👍

It's not in the operator manual.
Maybe the w o to shop manual. 👍

Im not able to take a pic but it’s towards the center on the sheave...not far from where the big nut goes for the slug wrench
i usually have to use brake cleaner to clean the threads before installing
