Has anyone wore out the liner and the end of the spout? Not the deflector bit the spout it self?
There are no were plates to replace?
Is this another bit of new holland technology at its best:mad:

We used carriage bolt and actually drilled hole's right through the spout. Works very well. About every FR that has come from our local dealer has also done it now. The fab shop used a square "punch" on the stainless liner and we just marked the holes out on the spout and drilled away. Didn't effect crop flow at all. Hence the reason for carriage bolts.

Thank you. Can I ask the reason for using stainless steel?

We had the same problem, had a local fab shop build us a full stainless steel liner. Worked very well.
Do you know the Dimensions of the liner? I need to make one ASAP.
Do you know the size of the spout you are fitting it to?
Thank you for you help!
