I need a new oil filler cap for my Cummins L10. It's the type that you tighten the knob on the top and it squishes the packing underneath to snug it into the filler neck. It has reached the stage where the packing is not as stretchy as it should be, and is nearly impossible to force back into the neck, regardless of how loose the clamp bolt is.

Cummins want $212.79 + GST for a new one.

The dipstick is not quite as bad, but is starting to go the same way. They want $276.39 for a dipstick that is just a long multi fit one, which has to be cut to length and marked yourself.

I thought about $50 would have been about right. So, does anyone know any good suppliers of non-genuine parts?

Around here you can't even buy genuine Cummins parts, particularly for older engines. So all we have available are the import parts of varying degrees of quality (which would probably be true of the OEM parts to be fair).
