Northeast Texas Wheat Harvest '08

Here's a few pictures of this year's wheat harvest, which we started yesterday. This field yielded about 60 bu/ac. It would have done better, but had some rye grass that showed up late. Moisture was 12.2 to 13, test weight 59. Was going to upload more pics, but website had some problems or something. I'll try more later.

Nice pics Bandit68! Thats a nice looking machine that you have too. I can't make it out in the pic, but is that a 9500 or a 9600?
It's a 9600 with a 925F header. Here are a few more pics from yesterday. We've had pretty good harvest weather the last couple of days, and the forecast is good for a few days. I think a lot of wheat will be cut in our area in the next couple of weeks.

Thats some really Nice Wheat there and that Combine looks sharp as well. So where exacly are you located at?

Nice pics!!
We're about 100 miles northeast of Dallas near Paris, Texas. The wheat harvest is really getting going around here this week.
a high side timpte hopper with a full load of wheat...I bet that will make the bulldogs tongue hang out!
We've never had a newer/bigger truck, so I can't compare to one. But, the old Mack does a really good job of pulling the loads out of the field. It may not be as pretty as some, but we like it!
