Motor troubleshooting is quite common. But it can be a real headache. If the electric motor is not maintained properly and inspection is not done on time, the troubleshooting may lead to motor failure. Also, the variable frequency drive you are using for the electric motor should be compatible with it. Ensuring the proper workings of the motor should be the concern of people.
