"We have a 2388 with a Mauer extension that has an additional tiptop extension on it. Combine has an additional bubble up auger. Currently it has around 1,000 seperator hrs on it. Even with the bubble up auger the fountain auger shows excessive wear on the top couple spiralsof flighting & the buuble up ager shows excessive wear on the bottom couple spirals of flighting.

Either both augers will have to replaced before next year or we are considering bolting some of the poly flighting repair kits to them.

Has anybody had experience with these kits. If so did you use the continuous flighting or did you use the individual spirals that bolt on in segments. What is your opinion after having used them?

TIA,
boog"

At my dealership I have started putting some poly flighting on and have been having some good luck with what I have put on. The incine auger is the one the takes the most abuse when you have a hopper topper. plus it depends on how often you fill the bin to the breem. Not a good speller.

I've used the individual flighting pieces from Lundell Plastics on the unloading auger of my 2366. Kind of a pain to install but after several hundred thousand bushels they show absolutely no wear. I will be using them on other augers as they wear out
