I just took delivery of a 9450 with a 920F and was going over it today to get ready for wheat harvest. While trying to calibrate the header to the combine I keep getting ER96 when setting my lower and upper limits. Has anyone come across this? Any help would be appreciated.

i recently had the same problem when i hooked up my 930f. the code is for the header height sensor. i had just bought the header and it had set on the ground all summer and the sensor bar was a bit gummed up. i worked it loose with some graphite spray and finally got it to cablibrate it.

From what you have said it sounds like you have to have the head in flex and not locked up. I was wondering about this as it says absolutely nothing about it in the manual. I will give it a try today, thanks

yes it was in the flex position. your combine manual should say what each code means. on my 9750 i believe it was page 40-4. if not, it should be under calibration codes in the index.
