I inquired about one to a company in Alberta that sells them.
He starts the conversation with all the regulations and inspections required to put a bullet up and maintain it. I’m not going to try to recite them because I can’t remember them word for word, but it is a huge investment.
I have heard of guys buying bullets stateside and bringing them home only to have the shock of not being able to get them certified.

There are quite a few project tanks listed here.

I suppose the smaller ones on skids are realistic. It takes some engineered concrete footings for the larger ones. If I remember correctly we purged a 30,000 twice in about 7 years to have the welding joints magnafluxed from the inside. This was for NH3 inside a small town, the true owner of the tank (Cominco) had concerns and in an abundance of caution shipped it 700 miles to cut 3 inches out of each end, reweld it and ship it back. Not a viable project for farm propane if you get unlucky and buy something with metal stress fatigue.
