Looks like harvest is going to be tuff going. What's the best setup for pulling a 7088 out of the mud? I am not that excited about pulling it on the back where the book tells you to. I would rather have some cables ran up to the main axle.

Any helpful suggestions?

Thanks

On our old 1680 we had cable to the front axle and bolted two hooks to the rear of the frame, just in front of the rear axle. We then used a chain on the tow hooks just long enough to have the same pulling point as the cable and then hooked a tow strap to both. The thought with that was to try and spread the stress equally throughout the frame. Seemed to work well for us.
