Don't know of any Gleaner rotors (CDF or eight bar) that have blown a bar off from to close of clearance. Do know of a couple aftermarket brands that have blown off bars likely from sub zero clearance. Gleaner uses three bolts to hold on bars and the one your talking about has two bolts holding on bars. 2003 and newer Gleaners have electric actuated concave clearance and if adjusted properly the cylinder bar can not get into concave. Prior machines could be adjusted to sub zero and if machine isn't turned over by hand at zero clearance you may sparks when you engage the clutch!!!!!!!!!!!!
