Need to remove the hydraulic pump bolted to the 8.3 cummins of my 1993 R62. Does it just unbolt from the engine and pull out all in one piece or does anything need to be removed first? My engine oil leak appears to be coming from behind the pump and I see there is an o-ring between the pump and the engine cover plate. Is this a common leaking point?

mine was leaking in that area, ended up to be the front cover housing to block gasket. Bolts were loose so I removed the front cover and retightened the bolts with new loc tight. It does not leak yet, have to pull cam gear to replace this gasket.
