So in the off season I hyped my 62. New close rasp bars in thrash, reused wide rasps in separator. Added 4 sets of sweeps with 4 reverse bars, steep pitch helicals straight through with triangle and into discharge. Removed 4 discharge paddles, ran rasps through. New poly accelerater rolls. And last added an air foil chaffer. Everything seemed great at first when stems were tough but once everything dried out I couldn't stop overloading the shoe. I'm more than positive the problem is the reverse bars but thought I'd get more opinions. I run HRSW and YELLOW PEAS in western ND.
