First, and foremost I would like to thank everyone for all the valuable information that this site generates for the gleaner loyal. I have been a long time lurker and I can always count on the information on this site.

Recently our farm purchased a new to us 2006 R65 with 600 separator hours. It has a few issues but the dealership is going to provide us with all the necessary parts to make the repairs.

The main separator pulley on the left-hand side of the machine with the electric clutch has worn out and needs replaced. (The bearings inside the hub.) The dealership ordered replacement parts and they came grey instead of black. No problem, but the pulley is machined different for wider bearings. Our machine is the 69th one built after the serial number break. Can this new set up with the new wider bearings be used on our machine? The inside diameter of the bearings is identical to old set up. Was this a field update or an upgrade to the grey bellied machines?
