2010 R66, I keep breaking chaffer right in the middle, where the adjustment gauge is? Anybody have any ideas?

Im not aware of any adjustment on the sieve. I could be wrong, but its just attatched to the shaker arms and bolted in place. Makes me think its out of time, not an adjustment. Hopefully someone else will chime in with better info than I can give. But theres my 2cents.

Mine did that on a 2010 R76, welded it back and welded a peice of flat iron over the break, ran two more years with no problem

Check the front cross shaft torques and probably try prying up on shoe back corners looking for any free up/down movement.

Make sure the holes in the shoe aren't becomeing egg shaped. Any play in the chaffer will cause it to blow apart if it already weak. Like stated above, check front rod for tightness, weld bar on back of chaffer etc.. I fixed mine multiple times then bought a new one before bean harvest.

Check the rubber bushings in the grain pan, we broke a sieve in our 8820 years ago from bad bushings.
