I saw a set of factory Case IH tracks on a 2388 a couple of years ago at a farm around Quincy, IL. Identical to a quadtrac system from the 9380's but had a gearbox intergrated to improve road speeds. The farmer said there were very few made.

I not sure about details but he said it was nearly the same as having tires on it. Sorry no pics but it basically looks like the quadtrac system and the gearbox was in behind kinda hiddden in the framework. Looks almost like a griptrac system in the pic above
