IMHO they need to use heavier steel 3/16 or 1/4" for the front & rear legs. But I suppose that would cost more & cut into their profit margins.

What is the model year? Usually earlier machines have problems that are later fixed or addressed with updates...

I would say though that after 2500 hours and countless thousands of bushels through the floors of the grain tank it would be time to add some more steel to them but just my $.02.

I would say then it is probably a design flaw or poor engineering. Possibly add enough steel that it won't keep cracking? Or try Deere's update kit...
