I've had broken chaffer before, about 500 hours on it and pieces flying out the chopper. Only one ain't bad in my opinion. weld let loose and then it cracked all over.

i have seen many broken chaffers and even some sieves. the older the machine, the more problems. i have seen some 60 series with broken chaffers, however they were 04's the newest ones are much stronger than the early ones
