Re: combine differences

Well since nobody has tried to answer I guess I will. I dont know all the differences however. As you probably know they are different generations, the titan being the latest model. The unloader systems on 00 and 20s are totally different and from what Ive heard the 00 wasnt fit for unloading on the go. Most early 20s had weak rear axles like that of the 00s however the 20s had larger hopper capacity. Horsepower naturally was increased each generation. 00s used 404s and 20s used 466s.Larger elevators on the titan over the older models. Feederhouse drives took a few changes but most worked well depending on what your application. Hydraulic accumulators were introduced on 20s outdating spring suspended float system. Cabs took a big change as did the AC system. Some electrical differences, naturally the later the more stuff you got. Early 7700s had no rotary screens and pusher fans, all 20s had puller fans and rotary screens. Larger tires on 20s but the same finals and trans were used in all models. I hope this helps, all this I have to pull from memory of my High School years which at that time these machines were outdated anyway. Hope someone else can add to or correct any errors here.

Re: combine differences

The Titan 2 machines have longer sieve's for better cleaning capacity. Titan's and Titan 2's have a 2 speed cylinder too.

Did they add the length to the front or the back, The machines look the same in size, or length from a profile, guess I never noticed.
Re: combine differences

I think it's added on to the back as the trash shield (the shield over the rear axle) on Titan 2's are shorter than regular 20 series and 20 series titans. The next time I see another regular 20 series I will look at the frame work on the rear to see if there are any differences compared to our Titan 2.
